Ms Regina Lee
ChairwomanRegina is the Chairwoman of R.E. Lee Capital and provides the strategic oversight leveraging on her 40 years of experience in the financial industry. Regina is the owner of the larger R.E. Lee International Group of Companies and had cultivated institutional partners such as banks and law firms around the world.
Her highly attuned social skills, intricate understanding of family affairs and businesses, in depth knowledge of financial products earned her a seat in the close family meetings.
Ms Lim Sue Lynn
Executive DirectorSue Lynn joined R.E. Lee Capital as Executive Director, responsible for the management of the business including risk and compliance. Sue Lynn is well positioned as she has experience in implementation of complex business strategies, with strong acumen in delivering client needs & wealth management. Prior to R.E. Lee Capital, Sue Lynn spent 15 years with Standard Chartered Bank from frontline to business strategy where she was eventually an Executive Director in the global office.
She was ultimately responsible for Portfolio Management and Sales Performance Management for teams across Asia, Middle East and Africa. This is compatible with the global nature of the R.E. Lee Capital business and having been faced with the dynamics of the financial industry.
Mr John “Bao” Vu
Investment Director / Portfolio Manager
Bao is the Investment Director and Portfolio Manager for R.E. Lee Capital. He is responsible for formulating the portfolio allocation strategy for our funds and our client’s funds. Bao has a broad background across different asset classes and is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA). He will focus on portfolio allocation across the major asset classes as well as structuring more complex products that fall within the Alternative Asset space.
Bao did his master’s in financial engineering in the prestigious MIT Sloan School of Management. Subsequently, he spent 2 years as a FX structurer at Deutsche Bank before raising to hold director roles across marquee banks such as UBS, Bank of America, and Citibank over the next 14 years in structuring complex deals across all asset classes.
In his most recent roles, he advised institutional clients (including some sovereign wealth funds, international asset managers and family offices) on their investments into various proprietary quantitative strategies.
Mr Louis Koh
Investment AdvisorLouis joins R.E. Lee Capital as an Investment Advisor, managing client’s portfolios. Prior to this, Louis was an Associate with Bank of Singapore where he provided investment ideas and portfolio management solutions to Private Bankers to help them manage client’s portfolios.
He graduated from Singapore Management University with a Bachelor of Business Management (Summa Cum Laude) and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
Mr Vic Tham
Vic is the portfolio manager for QEX Fund SP with over 30 years of experience in the securities and banking industry. He is also Chief Investment Officer of Pundi X Labs Pte. Ltd. Prior to this, Vic was the Chief Operating Officer, Asia Pacific, Global Transaction Services for Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Vic also held senior roles previously in Standard Chartered Bank, DBS Bank and Morgan Stanley. Prior to banking, he was the Global Head of Risk Management (CRO) at the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing.
Vic is also internationally recognized as keynote speaker in hundreds of conferences in his career, predominantly in areas of risk management, compliance and fintech (blockchain & AI). He holds degrees in Masters of Business Administration (Finance & Accounting) and BSc. in Business Administration (Finance & MIS) from the State University of New York, Buffalo, New York, USA.
Mr Yong Fen Chao
Fen Chao is the portfolio manager for QEX Fund SP with over 13 years of experience in the fixed income and credit markets. Previously, he was the credit trader at United Overseas Bank where he was instrumental in setting up the Fixed Income Market Making business to become one of the most established players in the SGD corporate bonds market. Subsequently, he led the business’ expansion in the Asia USD credit markets and other local currency corporate bonds markets. Prior to that, he was the portfolio manager and analyst in a team that managed the bank’s SGD 10 billion global fixed income investment portfolio. Fen Chao was responsible for managing a USD 500 million-investment portfolio of structured credit securities.
Fen Chao graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical Engineering) from the National University of Singapore and passed the CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) level III in 2010. He is currently pursuing the Master of Science in Digital Currency at the University of Nicosia.
