Regina is the Chairwoman of R.E. Lee Capital and provides the strategic oversight leveraging on her 40 years of experience in the financial industry. Regina is the owner of the larger R.E. Lee International Group of Companies and had cultivated institutional partners such as banks and law firms around the world.

Her highly attuned social skills, intricate understanding of family affairs and businesses, in depth knowledge of financial products earned her a seat in the close family meetings.

Executive Director

Sue Lynn joined R.E. Lee Capital as Executive Director, responsible for the management of the business including risk and compliance. Sue Lynn is well positioned as she has experience in implementation of complex business strategies, with strong acumen in delivering client needs & wealth management. Prior to R.E. Lee Capital, Sue Lynn spent 15 years with Standard Chartered Bank from frontline to business strategy where she was eventually an Executive Director in the global office.

She was ultimately responsible for Portfolio Management and Sales Performance Management for teams across Asia, Middle East and Africa. This is compatible with the global nature of the R.E. Lee Capital business and having been faced with the dynamics of the financial industry.

Mr John “Bao” Vu

Investment Director / Portfolio Manager

Bao is the Investment Director and Portfolio Manager for R.E. Lee Capital.  He is responsible for formulating the portfolio allocation strategy for our funds and our client’s funds.  Bao has a broad background across different asset classes and is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA).  He will focus on portfolio allocation across the major asset classes as well as structuring more complex products that fall within the Alternative Asset space.

Bao did his master’s in financial engineering in the prestigious MIT Sloan School of Management. Subsequently, he spent 2 years as a FX structurer at Deutsche Bank before raising to hold director roles across marquee banks such as UBS, Bank of America, and Citibank over the next 14 years in structuring complex deals across all asset classes.

In his most recent roles, he advised institutional clients (including some sovereign wealth funds, international asset managers and family offices) on their investments into various proprietary quantitative strategies.

Louis joins R.E. Lee Capital as an Investment Advisor, managing client’s portfolios. Prior to this, Louis was an Associate with Bank of Singapore where he provided investment ideas and portfolio management solutions to Private Bankers to help them manage client’s portfolios.

He graduated from Singapore Management University with a Bachelor of Business Management (Summa Cum Laude) and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Benny Tjokrosaputro is President Director and CEO of PT. Hanson International Tbk, one of the largest residential property developers in Indonesia.  Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with a market capitalization in excess of USD 600 million, it has built more than 15,000 houses and has landbanks in excess of 4,900 hectares in strategic locations in Greater Jakarta. He graduated with an Economics degree from Trisakti University in 1995.

With his in-depth business experience in Indonesia and in real estate development, he is well-placed to advise Asia Nusantara High Growth SP Fund.

Rudy Darmawan is a veteran banker previously from Morgan Stanley Asia. In his 15 years at the bank, Rudy structured and managed financial market and capital market transactions for private clients, companies and wealthy families. Prior to Morgan Stanley, Rudy served as a corporate finance banker in Lippo Bank in Jakarta. He graduated from University of Washington in 1996 with a degree in Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration.

With two decades of involvement and experience in corporate lending, capital market, private equity and real estate transactions in Indonesia, he has a good understanding of the business and investment dynamics in the country and is well-placed to advise Asia Nusantara High Growth SP Fund.
